Molly Jackson (Executive Director)
Greetings! It is an honor to introduce myself. I look forward to meeting you face to face soon!
I have spent the greater portion of my life working in Early Childhood Education and youth programming. I have a background in ECE and Family Life Education studying at the Minneapolis Community and Technical College and Concordia University. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree at Metropolitan State University with a focus in Life Span Development.
I am a mom of two middle school daughters and two sons in college. I enjoy relaxing with my husband, reading and spending time with family and friends. I grew up in the central neighborhood of South Minneapolis. Under the care of a diverse faith community, I developed a deep love for people, education and for Jesus!
My professional journey over the last twenty years provides me a wide variety of experience that supports the excellent care of children, youth and families. I am passionate about this work and driven to implement collaborative strategies that align with the mission and values of MetroKids. I am excited to see what God will do in and through us!

Todd Bratulich is the Pastor for Community and Mission Engagement at First Covenant Church where MetroKids is located. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife Jenni, and their children Solveigh, Edwin, and Ayla. As a former Metrokids parent, Todd knows the value of affordable, high-quality, faith-based early childhood education, and believes in Metrokids mission. When he’s not hanging out with his family or doing church stuff, you will likely find him on his bike or at a coffee shop, preferably one that has good donuts.
Todd has been serving in ministry and non-profits for over 20 years. He received both his B.A. and M.A. from Bethel University, and is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Covenant Church. In addition roll his role at church, he serves on the equity & justice committee for the Friends School of MN, and as the chair of the steering committee for the Downtown Congregations to End Homelessness (DCEH). Todd has a passion to serve those who are most vulnerable among us, and works to see the church become a more just, generous, and humble presence in our city and the world.
I have owned my own business, Digital Illusion, since 1996. I retouch pictures on computer out of my home studio. I wear many hats as a small business owner including accountant, tax preparer and customer service person. I was the general contractor, electrician, painter, and insulation installer when we built our house in Maple Grove in 1989. I am a pragmatic person who will research a problem and do whatever is needed to solve it. Question asking is one of my strong points I could bring to the board. My wife Deb and I have been members of 1st Covenant since 2012. We have two girls, ages 25 and 26.
