Our Curriculum
Research has shown that children begin learning at a very early
age.
At MetroKids we recognize the importance of teaching and
training children through everyday, hands-on activities and planned
instruction.
It is our goal
to provide quality, early childhood education that
will lay a strong foundation for learning. We work on developing:
 Social
readiness skills such as:
• Sharing, caring, and getting
along with others
• Playing creatively and safely
• Respecting parents and other adults
• Effective communication
School
readiness skills such as:
• Reading and writing
• Math, science, and social studies
• Art, music, and dramatic play
• Spanish and American Sign Language
Spiritual understanding and
growth through:
• Daily Bible stories and lessons
• Character and behavior training based on core Biblical values
• Staff that display a consistently loving, patient, and forgiving attitude
toward children and each other
